Patients who have already had an initial in-person visit can be seen by video for most follow-up needs.
Telehealth is available for patients physically located in Massachusetts at the time of the visit.

The visit lives in your chart like any other. Prescriptions, labs, and referrals are placed the same way.
Most commercial plans and Medicare cover telehealth visits at the same rate as in-person visits in Massachusetts. Plan-specific details (copays, deductibles) apply.
