Primary care

A complete primary care practice. With one unusual advantage.

Everything you expect from an internist — annual physicals, chronic conditions, prescriptions, referrals, vaccines. Delivered by a physician who is also trained to treat the weight underneath many of those conditions.

Scope of care

What we handle.

Annual physicals

Preventive visits, age-appropriate screening, and the paperwork that comes with it.

Chronic conditions

High blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, fatty liver, sleep apnea.

Same-week problems

Infections, injuries, rashes, pain, and the things that shouldn't wait three weeks.

Labs on site

Blood drawn in the office. No separate trip to a draw station, no third appointment.

Vaccines

Flu and COVID for adults 19 and over, from our own stock.

Referrals & coordination

When you need a specialist, we make the referral and follow what comes back.

Why it's different here

Weight isn't a footnote at the end of your visit.

A large share of what primary care treats — blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, fatty liver, sleep apnea, joint pain — has the same thing sitting underneath it.

The usual version

"You should really try to lose some weight."

Said at minute fourteen, with no plan attached, because the physician was never trained to treat it and there's no time left in the visit. Then another prescription gets added to manage the consequence.

Here

We measure it, name it, and treat it.

Body composition, visceral fat, liver fat, and metabolic labs — then an actual treatment plan for the thing driving your other diagnoses. And a standing intent to reduce your medication list as those numbers improve.

The team

Physician-led, with nurse practitioners.

Dr. Lee leads every care plan. Nurse practitioners on the team handle follow-ups, medication management, and same-week visits — which is how you get seen quickly without losing continuity.

Accepting new patients

Get measured properly.

Book a first visit and we'll take a full baseline — body composition, liver, and labs — before anything is prescribed.
