Nutrition

Nutrition advice addressed to your body, not to the general public.

Your targets come from your body composition and your lab results. Then you get feedback on what you actually ate — as often as every two weeks, or more.

Two ways to use it

Software for frequency. A person for judgment.

AI-assisted

Frequent, specific, and built from your numbers

Your protein, calorie, sodium, and fibre targets are set from your InBody results and your labs — your muscle mass, your visceral fat, your A1c, your blood pressure, your kidney function.

You log what you eat. The system compares it against those targets and returns the difference in plain terms: where you fell short, where you overshot, and what to change this week.

The value is frequency. A quarterly appointment can't catch a habit forming. Every-other-week feedback can — and you can run it more often if you want.

In person

A real dietitian, when it needs to be one

A new diagnosis. Food you grew up with and aren't willing to abandon. A household that eats one meal together. A relationship with eating that an app is the wrong tool for.

Those conversations happen with a person, in the office or by video.

Most patients use both — the software for the fortnightly correction, the dietitian for the decisions that need someone to think alongside them.

Either way, this runs against your medical chart. Recommendations account for your kidney function, your medications, and your conditions — which is the part a consumer nutrition app structurally cannot do.

How it fits together

Measure, target, correct, re-measure.

01

Measure

InBody and blood work establish where you're starting — muscle mass, visceral fat, glucose, lipids, kidney and liver function.

02

Target

Those results set your numbers. Protein high enough to protect muscle while you lose fat. Sodium set against your blood pressure. Everything conditioned on your actual diagnoses.

03

Correct

You log; you get the gap analysis back. Small, specific adjustments — not a new diet every month.

04

Re-measure

Back on the InBody. Did muscle hold? Did visceral fat move? The targets get revised from the new numbers.
