We'll verify your plan and answer questions about coverage before your first visit.
In-person at our Framingham office. Plan on about 45–60 minutes.
New-patient intake, HIPAA acknowledgment, records-release, and telehealth consent forms will be posted here closer to our opening.
Guidance on transferring records from a prior practice will be posted closer to our opening.
We'll spend the time to understand your history, conditions, medications, and what you're looking for in a primary care doctor.
Physical exam, vitals, and (where appropriate) baseline labs.
You'll leave with a clear plan — for primary care, weight management, or both — and a scheduled follow-up.
